- To make the meatless meatballs,?Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix everything in a mixing bowl
- Use a tablespoon to measure out a spoonful of the mixture, then roll it into a ball.
- Place meatballs onto a cookie sheet lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray.
- Bake for 30 minutes or until meatballs are firm to the touch and do not break apart when squeezed.
- Remove from baking sheet.
- Warm Sauce in a pot on the stove over medium heat for about 5 minutes
- Drain and heat Shirataki Noodles in the microwave for 1 minute, or boil for 1-2 minutes in vegetable or chicken bullion, then drain again.
- Place 1/4 of the noodles onto a plate, top with 1/2 cup sauce and add 5 meatballs.
- Serve
